Driftwood Loft is located in Killyleagh on the shores of Strangford Lough  N Ireland and is an ideal base from which to explore County Down and beyond. Killyleagh has a rich history which can be explored next door in the Hans Sloane Visitor Centre on High Street. High Street is a quaint picture post card street which leads from Killyleagh Castle down towards the shore. There are a number of restaurants, cafes and bars which are within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. The harbour area and sea front are 2-3 mins walk from the apartment, with Delamont country park within a couple of miles. There are a number of local outlets on High Street displaying and vending local artists sculptures and artwork.

Driftwood Loft is a 2 bedroom apartment located on the first and 2nd floors which has been lovingly restored and renovated from an original stonebuilt home in original Killyleagh village. Driftwood Loft has been extensively modernised to fit the needs of modern life, whilst retaining the charm of its original heritage and character. Driftwood Loft comfortably caters for 6 guests but additional capacity allows up to 11 guests to stay.

This apartment is finished to a very high standard over the 1st and 2nd floors. It comprises of an open plan kitchen and living spaces equipped with a double sofa bed. The main living  area is fitted with a flat screen TV which includes Freeview Channels. Remember to return the remote control to the coffee table before you leave. There is a mobile WIFI (MIFI) device available for guests to use during their stay. Remember to return it to the kitchen window before you leave. A SIM card may be sourced at local retailers. The bathroom with a bath & shower are on the first floor.

There are 2 bedrooms equipped with double beds one on the first floor and one in the attic. Additional sofas provide further capacity within these rooms when the need arises.
