Ballyginny Cottage is a renovated labourer's cottage which has been extensively modernised to fit the needs of modern life, whilst retaining the charm of its original heritage and character. Up to 6 guest can be accommodated

This beautiful cottage is finished to a very high standard. All accommodation is on the ground floor. It comprises of an open plan kitchen and living spaces equipped with a double sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped and is bright and airy with French Doors opening to a view of Slieve Donard rolling down to the sea.  It includes a dining table and modern conveniences to include electric oven/hob, fridge, microwave, and washing machine. There is a MIFI device available for guests to use both in the cottage and on the go during their stay. Remember to return it to the kitchen window before you leave. A SIM card may be sourced at local retailers. The main living room has a wood burner and is fitted with a flat screen TV which includes Freeview Channels. Remember to return the remote control to the coffee table before you leave. There is a downstairs WC and wash basin.

There are 2 bedrooms equipped with double beds and each has an ensuite with an electric shower.
